Resolution Proposal of China

''Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country". These were the words of one of the most famous president of the United State of America. Now, with this words we come to you, fellow nations comrades, in the effort on of trying to change our nation to the best but we can not do it alone. We need you, defender of  human rights, to be part of the solution of our problem and of a brighter tomorrow for all the nations. So we all can live together in peace, unity, and equality.
We are a country  that has a strong tied to the tradition and cultures, one of this , although we are not proud of it, were  the tortures to get confessions. We are doing everything that is in our hands to decrease this inhuman ways of investigation But there are those people that fall in corruption and has interfered on our  efforts. We can make laws to controls these practice but we will need other alternatives to substitute the tortures making them unnecessary. Maybe you can  share with us new methods of interrogation that are more human and practical.
In a big country like ours with so many people the government may not know everything that happens, so that  allows people with high position to control the order of the country to get the liberty to do wrong acts. In respond to that, people may protest by calls or letters putting in evidence the abuses. This leads to more abuses like people been beaten, etc. I suggest that we can use the United Nation as an intermediary  to receive and canalize the people's complaints without compromising any one.
We are in a conflict between our believes  and  those from other countries. We sometimes could see ideas from other people like a contamination of our customs and believes. So the way we found to avoid contamination was to censor many of the medias. But now we see this as an opportunity to see and learn of other countries. If you control  better your media we can  give more freedom and censor less the medias that our people uses and see. Maybe we can establish a point that we can all agree with  making some kind of  'local browser" like a chinese version of your own browsers and we are open to any other ideas.
As you may see we are presenting options to your consideration in order to reach a more humane China according to our times. We leave the rest to you, fellow nations. Remember that your decisions  can change a nation  for the better or for the worse.

The Human Rights Issues of China

Their are some things happening in China that you may have never guess. From confession session using torture to illegal detentions, these are some of the things that are happening in China. China did an effort on stopping the use of torture in the confession but when the program expired nothing had changed. the tortures were constantly used and were accepted by some judges as proof of guilt. Maybe they are or maybe there not, but that's not the correct and human way to make a person confess. Because, in the end, we are all humans and you wouldn't like to be treated that way so why treat other people like that. This actions are against article 5 of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights which say that no one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
Another of the human right issues in China that are violated are articles 1, all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights, and article 3,everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person. This two articles of the human rights are been violated by the use of illegal jails or "black jails", as commonly known in China, and the illegal detentions. This detentions are made by the police in Beijing when a civilian comes to complain to the State Bureau for Letters and Calls. They don't tell the people why are they detained. They just take them to an isolated area, take their possession, and beat themup. Some never know why the are beaten.
Finally I will finish talking about the restriction of medias in China. This is a violation of article 19 which indicates that everyone has a freedom of speech and opinion no matter the type of media your using, Now China has been censoring some of the known medias like Google, CNN, and many others with the propose of not loosing their authority. But as a result of this the Chinese people are revolting and loosing their trust on the government. In the end, trying to have control over the people they ended up loosing it.

Background History of China

China is a country with alot of history and different events that has changed it and the world. This events can vary from channges in the politics, cultural problems, wars, and many other. China has a long history, going back over to 3 thousand years, ruled by Emperors and their dynasties. But in the end present day China has been like a rock sculture molded by the hit of other countries and societies.
This begings more than 3 thousand years when Chinas wa ruled by emperors and dynasties. During 1200, China was invaded by the Mongols from Mongolia. The Mongols were illiterate, religiously shamanistic and perhaps no more than 700,000 in number. They ruled in China under the control of Kablai Kahn and this era was known as the Yuan Dynasty. The Mongols were the first foreign invaders  who ruled China for several years.
Then in the 1800s, the Chinese  were been influenced by Western society. At the same time British started to use opium, a drug  grown in North India, to control the Chinese people. When the government realized what was going on they started the Opium War. China losy the war, losing Hong Kong and openig more trades to Britain,U.S.A., and other Western powers. In the end Britain destroyed the Chinese government and created civil wars.
On October 1, 1949 the founding of the ‘People's Republic of China’ was certified in Beijing. A new political and economic regime was instated, built on the pattern of Soviet society. During 1950s the government launch upon a tremendous economic and social indemnification. Steps were taken to restraint inflation, mending the economy and reconstructing the war-damaged industrial plants and regions. In the process the government acquired a tremendous support from its people.
What I can say is that China has had its ups and down but it has maintained its honor and pride through this centuries. Because if they didn't, many of the greatest leaders of this country wouldn't had the courage to do the things they did for their country and home. That is something we should learn from them and keep it in our hearts. That is to care for another and to love the country were you live in.

Celebration of Culture in China

China has a culture fill with many tradition, dances, and food. Let's begin with the chinese writing. The writing are known as hanzi. It began as pictures representing different thing like fishes, men, or other things. They had changed over time to represent sounds that is used in their language.

Then come the religion, an essential part of the chinese culture. Some of the religion they follow are budism, taoism, confucianism, buddhism, islam, and christianity. Though the most common are taoism, confucianism, and buddhism. This  is because it has been an essential element in the past to be in this religions and it has become something important in the chinese culture.

Next, about the tradition the chinese there is something that everybody likes to see and be in. This is the Chiese New Year, or Spring Festival. A celebration that is not in the same time as the american New Year, this year is in Febuary 11. But like our New Year they use lots of fireworks, food, and happiness in the air. We are in the rabbits year and becuase of this the chinese see this year as a negative year. Each years represent and animal. For example,2010 Tiger, 2011 Rabbit ,2012 Dragon ,2013 Snake, 2014 Horse ,2015 Sheep, 2016 Monkey ,2017 Rooster, 2018 Dog, 2019 Pig, 2020 Rat, and 2021 Ox.

What we call as chinese cooking is actually oriental food or Asian food. There are many style of "chinese" food, like:Cantonese-mild, stir fried and the origin of Dim Sum,Peking - mild, not spicy, a bit oily ,Szechuan and Hunan- spicy with liberal amounts of garlic and onions, and Shanghanese- mild, very oily and somewhat bland. It includes lots of seafood due to proximity to ocean.

Now heres a video of the chinese new year of 2007

In the end china has much to give in its culture and o travel to it will can be a great experience.
